Practice Schedule

What To Bring: Athletes should bring water and running shoes. Athletes should also wear layers, as weather will vary during the season. It is important to start practice promptly; please have your child to practice 10 minutes early to use the restroom, change shoes, or ask the coach any questions.

What to Expect: Each practice will begin with a warm-up run and dynamic stretching. Workouts will consist of skills, drills, and games to improve endurance. Practice ends with cool-down stretches and conditioning.

Inclement Weather Policy: We will attempt to post weather cancellations via our Facebook page, Twitter, email and text message. Practice will be stopped if there is heavy rain and/or lightning in the immediate area.

To be notified of practice cancellations due to inclement weather conditions, opt-in to receive mobile text messages from Columbus Panthers.  Conditions may change quickly therefore if practice is canceled, a message will be sent no later than 30 minutes before practice begins.
