H.U.S.H. (Hurdle Until Something Happens) is geared toward athletes looking to either learn the skill of hurdling or hone their existing skills for a competitive edge.
Training will cover both the 60/80/100/110HH as well as the 200/300/400H, and will go over speed and acceleration drills, proper hurdle technique, hurdle drills, block starts, and hurdle training.
Where and when:
Harley Field Stadium (1810 Greenway Ave, Columbus, OH)
Saturdays | 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Sundays | 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
What to Bring:
Running shoes/spikes, training clothes, and water bottle.
