Practice and registration will begin April 3rd
In an effort to implement social distancing and provide our athletes with individual attention practices at the gym and track will be split into to two age groups.
Big Kids - Age 11 and up
Small children - Age 5-10 years old
What To Bring: Athletes should bring water and running shoes. Athletes should also wear layers, as weather will vary during the season. Athletes may also wear athletic gloves and running mask. It is important to start practice promptly; please have your child to practice 10 minutes early to use the restroom, change shoes, or ask the coach any questions.
What to Expect: Each practice will begin with a warm-up run and dynamic stretching. Workouts will consist of skills, drills, and games to improve endurance. Practice ends with cool-down stretches and conditioning.
Inclement Weather Policy: We will attempt to post weather cancellations via our Facebook page, Twitter, email and text message. Practice will be stopped if there is heavy rain and/or lightning in the immediate area.
Conditions may change quickly therefore if practice is canceled, a message will be sent no later than 30 minutes before practice begins.
